Meet Eliza

Owner and Head Organizer Eliza Cantlay (Cant-lee) is a Jersey girl who moved to Kansas City in 2012. Her career as a professional organizer has inspired her to live a simple, clutter-free life that has allowed her the freedom to pursue her passions and hobbies, of which she has many: Traveling, SCUBA diving, bird watching (she co-leads Kansas City’s Bird by Bird group), playing escape rooms, acting/theater, and spending quality time at home with her husband Derrick and their pups, Petri and Ivy.

When beloved and useful items have a place in your space and the clutter is gone, you will feel calmer, healthier, more present and more productive. Clutter is a material clue that something needs to be emotionally released: It’s whatever reroutes you from your happiest you. Our job is to help you identify the keepers and empower you to let the rest go. The hardest part is getting started: Eliza makes it easy!

Simplicana was born in 2010- since then Eliza’s work was featured on the Steve Harvey Show, with occasional organizing tips on the local news. Get ready to make room in your life for whatever makes your heart sing: Eliza will show up on your doorstep with a sense of humor and a thirst to organize!
